As you may or may not be aware, the Village of Cameron is planning to install new sewer in front of your residence. This project will start approximately November 11, 2014 and hopefully will not take any longer than a two-week period. 

Construction will take place from the hours of approximately 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. We realize that this will be a little inconvenient for the residents of 7th street; but everyone should be able to get in and out of their driveways prior to 7:00 am and after 5:00 pm.

The Village of Cameron feels that this project needs to be completed as soon as possible; thus not waiting until next summer.   We recommend that you have a qualified plumber check your sewer laterals between now and next spring before road construction starts. The laterals are the home owners responsibility; however, the connection of your lateral to the sewer line will be done by the Village of Cameron. If there is anything noticed at the connection point that may pose a problem in the future, we will notify you. We are planning to blacktop 7th street sometime after the spring of 2015.
