SHELTER RESERVATIONS

Available places to rent for your event or organization.

 

Community Center
506 W Main St., Cameron

A year round heated, air conditioned building providing a fully commercial kitchen, large island, two gas stoves, large commercial refrigerator, dishwasher, clean up sink, sound system, overhead projector and partitionable room, restrooms, additional quiet room or changing area, fireplace, tables and chairs and extra tables available. A great space for any event or gathering. Seats 80+

Fees: Fees are calculated depending on the number of people at the event and the time needed. Rental fees varies from $25 to $150.

Guy Spiers Park Shelter

1300 W Main St., Cameron

A seasonal enclosed 20x40 shelter with 4 outdoor picnic tables, 6 indoor picnic tables, 4 roll-up concession stand style windows, electricity, refrigerator, and 16-foot counter space. Walking distance to the Fitness Zone and the public Splashpad.

Fees:
Resident $25 (plus $25 refundable *deposit)
Non-Resident $75 (plus $75 refundable *deposit)

*Deposit refundable if cleaned, garbage picked up, and no damages.
   

Sportsman's Park Pavilion

501 N 6th St., Cameron

A seasonal open walled 40x80 pavilion with covered roof, electricity, restroom facilities, 10 picnic tables, NEW pickleball courts in 2023, volleyball court, playground area, horseshoes, all on 8 acres of park space including the softball field. Softball field has aluminum bleachers, sheltered dugouts, and batting netting 'cage'.
