SPECIAL MEETING AND

PUBLIC HEARING – BUDGET

NOVEMBER 28, 2022

CAMERON VILLAGE HALL

 

 

            The Cameron Village Board conducted a public hearing on November 28, 2022 at the Cameron Village Hall at 6:00 p.m. to adopt the 2022 budget. Trustees present:  Dave Ebner, Russ Hulback, Randy Hill, Ben Hester, Steve Johnson, with Mark Trowbridge presiding. Absent: Dylan Bahr

 

            Also present:

 

            Public comments on the proposed 2023 budget: There were no public comments on the proposed 2023 budget.

 

            After the board discussed the proposed 2023 budget, Steve Johnson moved to approve the 2023 budget as presented, second Mark Trowbridge. Carried 6-0

 

Liquor license applications were presented for: Class B Combination: The Cameron House (New Owners, LeeAnn & Christopher Spring). Steve Johnson moved to approve the issuance of the liquor license, second Russ Hulback.  Carried 6-0

           

Bartender license application for LaShonda L. Kee was presented for approval. Russ Hulback moved to approve the bartender license for LaShonda L. Kee, provided all criteria have been met, second Dave Ebner. Carried 6-0

 

OLD BUSINESS         

No Old business.

 

NEW BUSINESS

            The board discussed changing the tennis courts over pickleball courts. Randy Hill solicited a quote to resurface the tennis courts, but he didn’t have it with him. Randy did show the board pictures of a similar project that was done in Weyerhaeuser recently. After a brief discussion, Dave Ebner moved to table the discussion until the December regular board meeting, second Ben Hester. Carried 6-0

           

At 6:31 there was unanimous consent to adjourn the meeting.
