VILLAGE OF CAMERON SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

            The Cameron Village Board held a special meeting on Thursday, March 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cameron Community Center.  Members present: Tim Wall, Ben Hester, Steve Johnson, Dave Ebner, Russ Hulback, Randy Hill, with Mark Trowbridge presiding.

            Also present: Joe Chaplin, Nathan Redlich

Joe Chaplin and Nathan Redlich presented an offer to purchase approximately one acre of land on Romsos Avenue to re-locate their business, Solution Heating & Cooling Inc. to. They are offering to pay $25,000 per acre for the parcel. They would like to start the project as soon as weather permits.

Mark Trowbridge moved to approve the sale of approximately one acre of land to Solution Heating & Cooling, Inc. for $25,000 per acre, the total acreage will be determined when the Certified Survey Map is done and approved by the Village Board, second Dave Ebner.  Carried 7-0

The Board consented to hold the Spring Cleanup on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

At 6:10 there was unanimous consent to adjourn the meeting.
