SPECIAL MEETING

            The Cameron Village Board conducted a special meeting on January 18, 2021 at the Cameron Community Center at 6:00 p.m. Trustees present:  Dave Ebner, Russ Hulback, Randy Hill, Ben Hester, Steve Johnson, with Mark Trowbridge presiding. Absent: Tim Wall

            Also present: Stacy Frolik, Randine Hargrave, Cindy Strenke and Jason Arts.

Randine Hargrave, Cindy Strenke, Jason Arts and Stacy Frolik, representing the Phyllis Arts family submitted a revised Certified Survey Map (CSM) to split a lot out of parcel No. 111-5000-87-000. The new parcel is approximately 1.28 acres and has Phyllis’s house on it, which they are in the process of selling. Steve Johnson moved to accept the CSM as presented, second Dave Ebner. Carried 6-0

At 6:15 there was unanimous consent to adjourn the meeting.
