VILLAGE OF CAMERON SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

            The Cameron Village Board held a special meeting on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Cameron Village Hall. Members present: Tim Wall, Steve Johnson, Russ Hulback, Randy Hill, and Dave Ebner, with Mark Trowbridge presiding. Absent: Ben Hester.

            Also present: Jaden Ebert.

            At 6:01 a roll call was taken to go into closed session according to State Statute 19.85 (1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel who either orally or in writing will advise governmental body on strategy to be adopted with respect to current or likely litigation and/or State Statute 19.85(1)(e) conducting public business. Randy Hill-Yes; Tim Wall-Yes; Russ Hulback – Yes; Steve Johnson – Yes; Dave Ebner – Yes; and Mark Trowbridge-Yes.

At 7:35 Randy Hill made a motion to go back into open session, second Steve Johnson. Carried 6-0

            Steve Johnson moved to approve the Offer to Purchase between from Sweet Additions Ingredient Processors with Addendum A, second Randy Hill. Carried 6-0

            The Special Agreement between the Village and Sweet Additions Ingredient Processors was not available so this item was tabled.

            Steve Johnson moved to adopt Resolution 2018-005, a resolution approving the sale of real property to Sweet Additions Indgredient Processors, LLC, second Tim Wall. Carried 6-0

As there was no further business to attend to, at 7:41 Steve Johnson moved to adjourn, second Russ Hulback. Carried 6-0
