APPEARANCES:

Public Comment: There were no public comments.

Bill Koepp stated that most projects are moving really slowly with the cold weather. One of the residents that took out a permit to construct a detached garage, put the slab in already, and Bill found out it does not meet the set back requirements. He will discuss this with the owner and get it resolved.

Jaden Ebert submitted his written report and added that the water pumped in October dropped nearly 2 million gallons this year compared to 2017.

Mike Lynch: submitted his written report and had nothing to add.

Terry Skaar, the Municipal Judge appeared before the board to discuss the need of a television for the court room. There may become a time when videos will need to be played in court during a trial and currently the only way to show the video would be to have everyone huddle around a 15” laptop and watch it. Terry suggested getting a large flat screen television and mount it on a wall in the board room to be used for showing the video. The television could also be used for presentations to the Village Board. The board will consider the purchase of a television when they meet to discuss the budget.
